    The aim of this course is two-fold: it will help you craft an elevator pitch for your business, and it will introduce you to the Sologix online business coaching platform.

    Our approach to improving your business rests on two pillars. We use the business model canvas developed by Strategyzer as the basic template to evaluate your business model. We integrate that with the GrowthWheel business tools to create focus on making decisions and taking action in key areas in need of development.

    The course material is made up of four parts:

    • Two short articles to read as background,
    • A video of 10 minutes, putting in context and explaining the nuts and bolts of what we are trying to achieve. This you can download as an audio file to listen to at your convenience,
    • The numbered slide deck that we run through as a guide, which you can print to make notes if you like,
    • The two GrowthWheel decision sheets to complete with the information relevant to your business. This can either be completed electronically or printed, whichever suits you best.
